How to Prepare Foxtail Dosa

1 cup Foxtail Dosa Mix

1 cup water (adjust as needed)

Salt to taste

Optional: ¼ cup curd (for a softer texture)

Optional: Chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves

Oil or ghee for cooking
Preparation Steps:

Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of Foxtail Dosa Mix.
Add water gradually and mix to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
Add salt and curd (if using). Let it rest for 10–15 minutes. -
Heat the Pan:
Heat a non-stick or cast iron dosa tawa. Lightly grease with oil. -
Spread the Dosa:
Stir the batter and pour a ladleful onto the pan.
Spread it gently in a circular motion for a thin dosa. -
Cook the Dosa:
Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges.
Cook until the edges lift and the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip if needed and cook for another minute. -
Serve Hot:
Serve with coconut chutney, sambar, or any side of your choice.
