How to Prepare Multi Dal Dosa
Ingredients:

1 cup Multi Dal Dosa Mix

1 to 1¼ cups water (adjust consistency)

Salt to taste

Optional: ¼ cup curd (for a softer dosa)

Optional: Finely chopped onions, coriander, green chillies

Oil or ghee for cooking
Preparation Steps:

Mix the Batter:
In a bowl, add 1 cup of Multi Dal Dosa Mix.
Gradually add water and stir to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
Add salt and curd (if using) and mix well. Let the batter rest for 10–15 minutes. -
Prepare the Pan:
Heat a non-stick or iron tawa. Lightly grease it with oil. -
Make the Dosa:
Stir the batter and pour a ladleful onto the hot pan.
Spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
Optionally, sprinkle chopped onions or coriander on top. -
Cook the Dosa:
Drizzle a few drops of oil or ghee around the edges.
Cook until the bottom is golden and edges begin to lift.
Flip and cook for another 30–60 seconds if desired. -
Serve Hot:
Serve with chutney, sambar, or spicy pickle.
