Joyita’s Jowar Upma Rava is a healthy alternative to regular rava, made from nutrient-rich sorghum (jowar). Light, tasty, and high in fiber, it helps you prepare a wholesome upma that’s easy to digest and perfect for a nourishing breakfast or light meal.
1 In a pan saute vegetables (carrot, beans, 1 Green peans), spices, in oil and add water (1 cup Mix with 1.5 to 2 cups of water, depending upon the level of dryness desired). Let the water to boil.
2 Once the water starts boiling lower the flame and add Millet Upma Mix and stir it continuously and mix well.
3 Simmer and cook for 5 to 7 mins until it thickens, stirring it occasionally. Garnish it with coriander leaves & fried Nuts and serve hot.
