How to Prepare Ragi Dosa
Ingredients:

1 cup Ragi Dosa Mix

½ cup curd (optional, for soft texture)

1–1¼ cups water (adjust consistency)

Salt to taste

Optional: finely chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander

Oil or ghee for cooking
Steps:

Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup Ragi Dosa Mix.
Add curd (if using) and water gradually to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
The consistency should be slightly thinner than regular dosa batter.
Add salt and optional ingredients if desired. Rest for 10–15 minutes. -
Heat the Pan:
Use a non-stick or cast-iron dosa tawa. Heat it well and lightly grease with oil. -
Pour the Batter:
Mix the batter once again. Pour a ladleful of batter from a height in a circular motion, like you would for rava dosa (don’t spread with a spoon). -
Cook the Dosa:
Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges. Cook on medium flame until the edges crisp up and the surface looks cooked.
Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes if needed (optional). -
Serve Hot:
Serve with coconut chutney, sambar, or spicy tomato chutney.
