1. To 1 cup of Millet Puttu flour, Add 3/4 cup of water. Add water in small quantities & mix consistently to achieve a moist powder form. Add salt as per taste and mix it well.
2. Check the consistency of the mix, if required add water to retain the consistency. Add the mix in to the puttu maker with some coconut shavings on the top. Layer the puttu maker till it is filled
3. Let the mix steam for 10min
